Full Price and Sale Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt and  Authenticity Tags must remained attached. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

Return In Design House

Merchandise purchased at can be returned to any U.S. IsreL Fonseca Design House. You must have your invoice with you at the time of return. Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations. You can use the Store Locator on our website or contact Customer Assistance at to find a design house near you.

Return By Mail

Cant get to an IF store? No problem. Only items purchased online can be returned by mail and you must pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Your credit card account will be credited once we process the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. We will also send you an email notification after your return has been processed.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within two weeks of arriving at our design house. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed.
